There are already quite some customer loyalty card wallets out there.

With the political decision to stop the paper ticket in Belgium in a few years, we foresee this as a further digitalisation.

A customer card originally was meant as a benefit from being a regular customer. But nowadays, it often is an agreement to share data for reductions or coupons as well.

Customer cards actually stress the bond you have with a certain brand or store. But the burden often lies in all the plastic and paper cards it involves (with risking to lose them when they are finally full)...

If you have all your receipt and buying behavior on your pod, sharing some of it to either prove you are a regular customer or to share some of your buying behavior is then a mere few clicks to set up.
